If anyone joins or taken admission with the hard copy form or having any receipt or any kind will not be considered as admission or joining with effect from 1st August 2015. And please note after 1st August all types of Forms [i.e. Admission or Center or Lead or Membership joining] with all the Centers and Leads or any person are requested to submit to your respective office failing which he or she or the Center will be responsible for the forms being withheld as if the forms or receipt are miss used or manipulated or have taken any type of admission with hard copy then he or she will be responsible for the fees or admission or joining and in this regards if any case occurred in the Court of India or Police station will only be his or her or their responsibility. And here after Trust is not responsible for any kind of mishandling or any monitory transaction being done after (though done through any receipt books as they are obsolete and non transact able as per the previous notice and instructions being given over the phone and notice at the website to all centers and person related) 31st July 2015, Only online form fill up and or NEFT/RTGS/IMPS transaction directly to the above mentioned trust account with effect from 1st August 2015.And Finally at The ISIT FOUNDATION A/C from 5th September 2015 and onwards. No cash transaction or bearer cheque or deposit to other account or any cheque drawn on any account of person related to the Trust will not be considered a void transaction and Trust will not be responsible for those transactions. Even the Clinical and Health Care and Dental or ISITPAY or any other projects described here in or not being described must be transacted in the account of the “ISIT FOUNDATION” directly.
